By accessing or using LocalOAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
LocalOAI provides an AI-powered CRM platform for local businesses, including GBP Analytics, Smart Review Reply, Feedback Email Campaigns, and an AI Chat Widget. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use LocalOAI.
You agree not to use LocalOAI to send spam, harass users, violate Google's Terms of Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use our AI features to generate misleading or fraudulent content.
Paid modules are billed monthly or annually. All payments are processed securely. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.
LocalOAI and its content are owned by LocalOAI and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you provide. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to use your content to provide the service.
LocalOAI is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except you may bring claims in small claims court.
